Catherine grew up in the Lower Mainland and moved to Victoria in 2021 to start her kinesiology degree at the University of Victoria. Her education has given her a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, strength and conditioning and exercise prescription.
She has played the violin since she was 3 years old and stayed active by playing volleyball and doing gymnastics and swimming. Catherine began running 2 years ago and has just completed her second half marathon, with goals of completing a sub 2 hour half next.
Catherine is passionate about connecting with people, exercise and education and is excited to incorporate these principles as she finishes up her degree and begins working as a kinesiologist.
