You have been diagnosed, but are not sure how to move forward and recover from your injury? Our team will create a treatment plan with our kinesiologist coaching you through an individualized program that is exercise based to support the tissue as it is healing, improve its strength and flexibility, and build it back so that you can resume your activities.

Overuse injuries can happen at any age from work, from gardening, from your regular exercise routines and physical activity.  Examples include rotator cuff injuries, achilles tendonitis, patellar tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, and tennis or golfers elbow.  The overuse injury is your bodys’ method of telling you that your body is performing non-optimally.  Perhaps from weakness, tightness, or biomechanical disadvantages.

It is important to protect the body structure that is experiencing pain for a brief period of time.  After that it is important to address the root cause of the problem with therapeutic exercise and then rebuild your muscles so they are prepared to handle the forces you are demanding on them with your activities.
