Personality

Sierra started dancing at the young age of 5 and continued doing so competitively for 15 years. She partook in a plethora of styles including tap, jazz, ballet, hip hop, contemporary, modern, lyrical, and musical theatre. In addition to the 10+ hours of dance each week, Sierra also played on a gold-level soccer team. In each of her sport disciplines, Sierra performed at a provincial level – going so far as to achieve an Honourable Mention for her performance in tap at the BC Provincials in 2015. What developed from her experience in these activities was not only a life-long love for the sports, but also a passion for human movement and sports-related injury prevention.
