Kayla grew up in Sidney BC, and has lived here her entire life. She loves living on this beautiful island.
She studied ballet for 14 years and loves to dance. She also studied piano for 10 years. For the past two years Kayla has been enjoying crossfit, which has been a great complement to her kinesiology degree. Experiencing olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, and applying fitness to every population has enriched her education.
